Delivery Options & Services

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 4 working days

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3 working days

Priority Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2 working days

Delivery Days & Hours

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • To qualify for certain delivery services, orders must be placed before 1 PM. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day.

Additional Charges

  • Some remote areas or specific postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge.

Product-Specific Delivery Conditions

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Items such as clocks, wall art, lamps, and small decorative pieces will be carefully packed and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
  • A delivery date selection is required at checkout.

Orders Over 25kg or Large Items

  • Large and heavy items such as oversized wall art, statement lamps, or bulk orders may be packed and shipped either in boxes or on a secured pallet, depending on the product dimensions and weight.
  • Pallet Delivery: Items will be offloaded using a pallet truck. Please ensure you have adequate space for placement and storage upon arrival.
  • A delivery date selection is required at checkout.

Sample Delivery

  • Sample orders (if applicable) are shipped via Royal Mail or a Courier Service.
  • One sample per product per customer/household is eligible for free delivery.

Multiple Sample Orders

  • Orders placed using different names or addresses (e.g., to friends or neighbors) will not qualify for free delivery. Such orders may be canceled and refunded.
  • If multiple items are ordered along with a sample, additional delivery charges may apply.

Weight Limit

  • Some areas are limited to 2kg total weight for free sample delivery. If the weight exceeds this limit, extra charges may apply.

Special Considerations

Fragile & Delicate Items

  • Some products, such as glass-based wall art or delicate lamp designs, may require special packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • Extra care is taken when packing fragile items, and additional shipping fees may apply for premium protective packaging.

Remote Areas & International Shipping

  • Delivery availability may vary based on your location or country. Please check at checkout or contact our team if you need assistance with international shipping.
