- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 25 calendar days of delivery about your intent to return the item(s).
- After notification, you will have an additional 25 calendar days to return the product.
- This return policy applies to stock items only—custom or personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Process

- Use the return form available on our website to initiate your return.
2. Return to the Correct Location
- All items must be returned to our main distribution warehouse and NOT to our head office.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If it is deemed the most cost-effective option, we may ask you to use your own delivery service for the return.
4. Condition of Goods
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels).
5. Original Delivery Charges
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund automatically.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as a priority.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
- Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
